SJM Beauty Ltd Terms & Conditions:
Training Courses
1.0 Location of Training
1.1 All training course practical sessions will take place at: North Wales Nail & Beauty Training Ltd, 24 Brookes Street, Llandudno, LL30 2TT. Or students have the option of completing over skype/zoom. Any change of location will made by prior agreement. In the event that the location is unavailable/unserviceable alternative arrangements will be made and participants informed with sufficient notice
2.0 Course Information
2.1 Course prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2.2 SJM Beauty Ltd reserves the right to postpone courses should minimum numbers not be reached. All efforts will be made to give as much notice as possible.
2.3 SJM Beauty Ltd reserves the right to decline course applicants without explanation.
2.4 In the event of an inhouse course being cancelled by SJM Beauty Ltd, alternative dates may be offered or a refund issued. The liability of this is limited to the monies paid.
2.5 Course participants are expected to attend all agreed training dates & complete all tasks as requested by SJM Beauty Ltd as outlined at the beginning of the course. Failure to attend any planned practical assessments will incur a rearrangement fee of £50.00.
2.6 All courses are accredited by Associated Beauty Therapist (ABT). Certification will only be issued when all payments, case studies, practical & theory work have been undertaken and completed to the satisfaction of the tutor.
3.0 Payments
3.1 All payments made are non-refundable.
3.2 Full payment is required ONE WEEK prior the first training date (unless otherwise arranged via Payment Plan).
3.3 All payment plan payments must be paid on agreed dates, failure to do so may result in cancellation of training.
3.4 Failure to make full payment on the agreed will forfeit course place.
3.5 Cancellations will result in all monies lost, regardless of notice given.
3.6 All major credit/debit cards are accepted, BACS Transfers to SJM Beauty Ltd, Account Number: 61800248 Sort Code: 40-30-07 & Cash Payment. Cheques of any kind are not accepted.
3.7 No responsibility is held by SJM Beauty Ltd to ensure receipts are issued. Should a receipt not be received, SJM Beauty Ltd should be notified within 24 hours. Receipts cannot be issued after this time.
4.0 Kits
4.1 Ownership of kits remain the property of SJM Beauty Ltd until all monies have been paid in full.
4.2 There is no responsibility towards North Wales Nail & Beauty Training Ltd to buy back or refund any kits that been opened or used. It is the sole discretion of SJM Beauty Ltd should such arrangement be made. If agreed, kit returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returned kits must be complete and unused.
5.0 Insurance
5.1 Insurance cover is not provided as part of any courses provided by SJM Beauty LTD. It is your responsibility to check you can gain insurance and arrange such cover before beginning the course and before accepting payments for services offered. No responsibility is accepted by SJM Beauty Ltd for students not being insured.
